Pollycraft Monday Challenge #5

This is my contribution to challenge no 5.

I have used a blue pearlescent card

I have punched out stars down the right hand side as a border.

I then used the big headz boy topper with the no 8 to this I used a couple of star embellishments and highlighted parts with a silver pen.

I used peel offs for the writing and glued on 2 musical notes as my son will be 8 on his next birthday and he loves his music. Hope you like it.

Pollycraft Monday Challenge # 4

This is my design for the Monday Challenge # 4.

For this I thought I'd use the Snowperson stamp that I won on challenge #2.

The background I used a holly leaf design backing paper, with red ribbon. I cut the longer rectangle from striped green and red backing paper then the other with plain green paper on to this I stuck my snowperson. I added 3 star/snowflake embellishments to the side for the sentiment I used a merry christmas embellishment in the shape of a scarf.

Kate's Great Ormond Street Hospital Card Appeal

This is my latest creation but its for such a worthy cause! Take a look http://kate-lewis.blogspot.com/2008/11/great-ormond-street-hospital-card.html

Once I read this post on Kate's blog I had to contribute to it! Just the idea of putting a smile on the face of a poorly child at Christmas Time meant I couldn't ignore Kate's plee! Well done Kate on this amazing appeal. I hope that enough people contribute to the appeal to put smile's on as many sick childrens faces as possible this christmas.

My husbands Birthday Card

It was my husbands birthday yesterday so made this card for him! He is always chuffed when I make him a card instead of buying him one. Its pretty basic as I left it to the last minute but Richard liked it so thats the main thing.

Monday Challenge no 3 entry

This is my entry for the Monday Challenge 3- Three Circles.

I used the Pink 4 Paws Niklaus Winter Wishes Design and put it on Dark silver card.

On the card I used a rollagraph to get the christmas tree design then embossed it using clear embossing powder after this I used some christmas snowflake/star peel offs which I coloured pink. I also used a pink Merry Christmas Bauble and made a string for it to hang from using fine wire and some pink & cream beads.

Anyway here goes hope u like it.
